Monuments

An easy way to get to know Merano and to add a touch of culture in a pleasant way

Strolling through Merano you will come across various monuments that adorn the city here and there. These monuments are dedicated to important people who have changed the history of the town in some way. In recent years, Merano has also been graced with modern works that, in addition to being an integral part of the urban landscape, provide a little bit of food for thought.

One note: all of the monuments and points of interest for tourists scattered throughout town have a QR code indicated on the information panel that you will find located nearby: through your mobile phone or smartphone, this code provides you with information about relevant history, architecture and landscape.
